Do I need an AdvancedMD integration?
No. DociPal does not use an API connection to AdvancedMD. It works on the AdvancedMD page open in Chrome, the way you do, so there is nothing to request or configure.
Can my front office use DociPal too?
Yes. On the Business plan, front desk and admin staff get free seats for scheduling and patient management. Only providers who generate notes are charged.
Will the agent save anything in AdvancedMD without me?
No. You see each step as it works, and it stops for your approval before anything is saved, submitted or signed. You can pause or cancel at any point.
