Do I need an athenahealth Marketplace integration?
No. DociPal does not connect to athenaOne through an API. It works on the athenaOne page you already have open in Chrome, the way you do, so there is nothing to request from athenahealth and nothing for your admin to enable.
Will DociPal save or sign anything in athenaOne on its own?
No. It fills fields and moves through screens while you watch, and it stops to ask before anything is saved, submitted or signed. You can pause or cancel at any point.
Does it work with my athenaOne templates?
DociPal writes the note in your own note templates first, then places each section into the fields you use in athenaOne. If your practice uses custom templates, DociPal follows what is on the screen.
